Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) has been the Medical Claims Administrator since March 1, 2019. You may click this link: Medical ID card to view a copy of the sample medical ID card. Please be sure to show your BCBSIL ID card to any health care provider you visit for medical services or prescription drugs. Should you need a replacement or additional ID cards please contact the BVA Customer Service at 855-686-8517 or visit www.bcbsil.com.

Your ID card issued by Blue Cross Blue Shield will contain your specific subscriber information. The BCBSIL Group Number on your ID card identifies the Health Plan in which you are enrolled. Therefore, it’s important you have your ID card information available when you call the BVA with any questions about your health plan or benefits.
